For the Payee you can put down whatever you want.
If you want it to to deduct an ATM transaction and apply it to the cash fund,
all you have to do is select the [Cash] account fo r the category. This will
withdrawl the money from your checking or savings account, and add it to your
cash. It also works when you pay your credit card bills by check.
