The good news I have seen this issue in my many installations, the sad thing
is that you may have to clear the RAM to solve this issue. Because a file is
in use that installer needs, you are unable to install the program. This may
be a result of running a program that has the same name. Nevertheless, I
have been unable to uninstall and then do a reset (Shift-On-Next or Paper
Clip) and then re-install.

If this doesn't work. Use Omnicom to access the file structure and delete
all the materials associated with the installation. You can see what the
components of the GPK are by using Shipper. I have done this and fixed the
issue.

Finally, if this doesn't clean up the mess, you will need to remove ALL the
batteries and install into the clear RAM. Better make your backup before you
do this.
