Depends. Me, myself, I only use the pack to back up the Ogo. Yes, I know
I could do that without the C-pack software. But it is nice to have it
check the files to see what needs to be backed up. ;-) But, no, it's
not essential.

Absolutely. And any other software you might care to grab.
