ansi.sys & ogcomm

I've been using ogcomm and an external 2400 baud modem to connect to my
IPS. The connection gets established but if I try to do certain things,
eg. use Pine to read my e-mail, the program crashes. I was told I need
ansi.sys. I would like to know if this is in fact true, and if so which
version the Ogo supports and where I should place it.
