I am a very happy new owner of an ogo 120. I really like both the size and
the hardware and software functionality.
However, having had my toy for about a month now, I notice have a smudge
in one corner of my display. It is as if all the pixels are sort of
half-on or a quarter-on in a fingerprint shaped area of the display. (At
first I thought that it *was* a fingerprint.) It doesn't prevent me from
doing anything or really inconvenience me at all, except for it is ugly and
it doesn't seem right given how well everything else works.
Here are my questions:
1) Did I do something clueless to cause this?
2) Can I do anything about this myself?
3) Is it worth asking HP about? (Will they consider it "broke?" If they
do will they be likely to fix it promptly? Are they likely to fix it or
replace it if they do take my complaint seriously?)
I'll be really grateful for any feedback any of you has about this or
related problems or advice about how best to use HP customer service.
