If you've got the Clip&Go package, this is the best way to go. Set the
C&G to do clipboard sharing and then open the Notepad document that you
want to convert to PC format. Press F5 (Copyall) to place the entire
document into the Windows clipboard. Open MS Word (or other Windows word
processor) and paste the contents of the clipboard. All formatting is
preserved.

Likewise, you can use C&G to transfer spreadsheets to the PC. Unlike the
Connectivity Pack, I found that the C&G was worth every penny I spent on
it.
