The problem is that the conversion information in stored the finance apps'
state file (the mess you are cleaning up). You'll want to save the state
file for the financial application, so you'll need to backup the following
files before you reboot:

In B:\GEOWORKS\PRIVDATA\STATE:

finance app (transparent)
FinanceState

Simply put them back into this directory when the reboot is complete.
