ATA or SRAM memory card

Hello group,
I'm planning to buy a memory card.
Now there are several offers.
I will use an OGO120 and a LX200 with it.
What's, exept for the price, the difference between the two?
Can I use a ATA PC Flash card form pretec, price 4MB $89
or do I have to buy the SRam for 4MB $459?
