Hi,
OmniGo can't correctly work with DTR and DSR signals,
in this case may be problems with any modems.

We have tested ArtSCom with US Robotics Sportster,
on this modem dip-switch 1 must be set to ON (Down position).
For modem does not look for DTR signal from computer.

Also you must add to your modem default init string: &S0&D0.
Init String: AT&F1&S0&D0

It means DSR always ON; DTR always ON.
And set baud rate to 19200.

Hi:

I've just downloaded the ArtsCom program for the OmniGo.
I've configured the modem, line and e-mail setup. But when I try to send
a mail I got the error 'wrong modem string'. I'm using a USR 33600
Sportster and the in the configurartion I've filled the fields with:
Init String: AT&F1
Dial String: ATDP
Hangup String: ATH

I am using the program Modem Emulator by R.S. Kinder for connecting my
OmniGo with the modem. I am using 19200bps.

What's the problem? Why I can't send mail?
