I only fooled with this program once, so I can't comment on side-effects.
To me it seems to be a non-issue. If your state files are taking up
needed space odds are you need a lot more storage period. Having my
settings saved for the programs I use are of far more value. The biggest
offender of propagating these files, is when people start up applications
which they do not really use. (e.g. I never use the built-in financial
apps as my 48GX is much more convenient). If I start the app, however, I
will have a state file sitting either in the OG's shared memory or on my
SRAM card until it is deleted by one method or another.

Hi all...

There's a program called 'Free' that frees up state files, and give back
the memory that was used.

The one thing about this program is that, most of the time when I use it,
it dosen't want to cut off the OGO when I press the button. Sometimes,
the OGO stays on, other times a message pops up warning me about taking
my card out before shutting down the OGo (???) Have anyone else come
across this?
