Pocket Quicken order frustration

I've had my OmniGo 100 for a couple of months now, and I realized that I'd
better get around to ordering my copy of Pocket Quicken, since the offer
expires October 31, 1996, according to the insert in my OmniGo package.

Has anybody else from Canada TRIED to order this thing? I called the
international number, and thought I was well on my way--until the fellow
taking my order asked for my Zip code, and I told him that I was a Canadian.
"We're not set up to take Canadian orders," he says, and gives me the 800
number of Intuit Canada.

"Great," I thought, "we're getting somewhere." Wrong. I call Intuit Canada
and are informed that they "don't handle Pocket Quicken". They give me
*another* 800 number to call, which turns out to be some Newton support line
at Apple--and you can imagine how helpful *they* were when I called them.

Argh! ARGH! AAAARRRRGGGHHHH!

... OK, I feel better now. Sort of. :-/

How in the blue blazes do I lay my hands on this elusive product? How do I
get to talk to somebody who actually knows something about this bundling
offer? The only person who had any clue about what I wanted was the support
guy in the U.S.--and he wouldn't sell it to me. Help!
