Pocket Quicken order frustration

I live in Belgium and I ordered my Pocket Quicken software
this summer. The person I talked to was very helpful (she
had to check first if it was possible to send it to Belgium,
but that wasn't a problem). I had to spell my adress since
her knowledge of dutch pronounciation wasn't all that big.

She said they would mail it to me through Federal Express,
the cost for this I would have to pay myself. (about $20 if
I remember correctly - I still haven't had it charged to my
Visa card)

Within a week the software was delivered to me.

It seems that when you want to order Pocket Quicken from
outside the US you are dependend on which person answers the
phone. In my case the woman was very helpful and didn't make
any problem about it.

Or maybe the company's policy towards this has changed since
then?
