dLite transparently decompresses all types of data files, using up about 13k of
memory. It is based strictly on a decompression-only approach, where you have to
compress data files manually by using a DOS utility. Thus, it is only useful for
program files and read-only data, like reference information or help files. [It
will unpack a file completely if something ever tries to write to it, so
compressing one file too much really doesn't do any damage...]
