I did it!
What?
I finally connected the ogo to my new 14.4 external Trust modem!
Well, it took a while to set up the right configuration .. but it was worth while :-)
At first I bought a 14.4 US ROBOTICS (european version) modem which never connected with the ogo. (see the previouses messages)
I wonder why the ogo cannot connect with a modem by US ROBOTICS .......
Though I suffered in these last days in exchanging many modems and especially messing up with configurations, I'm totally happy to be in the net at home.
Now I'd like to write some programs for communications in IZL : a terminal utility and some offline e-mail management (from the idea of Michael Halleen)
