I have the 100 and the screen quality has been acceptable
to me ... but then I usually use it good lighting.

I had a chance to play with a 120 the other day and I must admit
at certain viewing angles the screen was almost impossible to read
However, with just a slight change in angle it was distinctly easier
to read, especially at greater distances.

I'm not convinced it is worth the cost to move up but if I were buying
for the first time, I'd have to say I go with the 120.
