I'm here again ;-) with good news.
This night I'm finishing the e-mail reader written in IZL.
It is quite as The WindMail software : it splits the mail file into other files, then as with WyndMail you can edit, reply, answer, and mail any messages.
One lack of my application is its slowness, beacause of IZL slowness...(to analyze and split a 40K file takes about 4 minutes while the creation of the upload file is much faster)
Another lack is that it needs OgComm or another modem app to download and upload the mail.
I'm not yet able to fix the problem caused by uploading text files : I stated that baud speed is important, but that's not enough)
However I get some terminal apps which run on DOS very very well, even the VT100.
So to read-send e-mail you have to :
--run a modem app and downloa the mail
--run my IZL reader and edit, reply
--in my program select send and it will be created a file which containes all the mail
--run again the modem app and upload the file
Any comment?
Bye!
