I've had my OmniGo in a car outside in the wintertime for a few hours and it
was still operational when I got back. It turned on slowly and was slow to
react to pen input, but it warmed up. I think the reason they say you'll
start losing data is that the batteries will drain faster in the cold and
thus you'll run them down quicker.
