Cheap Modem for OmniGo

Well... That damn modem eats way to much power! My battery meter is about
50%. And whenever i try to use my modem it takes all the power from the
OmniGo and uses it. Once I put the modem in my power meter jumps from 50%
to 0% and I get a low battery warning. But when I take it out it goes back
up to 50% again. I think I will return it and buy an external.
What is the point of having a PCMCIA modem when you dont have a cell
phone??? Since you need a phone jack there will probably be an outlet
right next to it anyway! Stupid idea, very stupid.
