Here is my assessment:
Pros:
*It's actually a (somewhat lame) PIM with Appointment, Phone, and Notes
functionality.
*Faithfully synchronizes the Ogo Phone and Appointment databases to the
PC.
*Includes a cable which can be used to get other software into your Ogo
like Pocket Quicken and excellent freeware.
*Reliable (with patch) and easy for MS Windows users.
*Can import/export records to/from your Phone database.
*Performs backup and restore!
Cons:
*Costs more than it's worth.
*Available only for Windows.
*Won't backup/restore files on PC Card.
*Can't import/export (or even view!) other database or spreadsheet
files.
*Notes can be viewed only with either the text or ink visible. Editing a
note on the PC removes all formatting!
*Can't synchronize to any third-party PIM databases.
*Doesn't include any transfer of spreadsheet or ink data between Ogo and
Windows apps. This requires the Clip & Go software (a *very good program
that allows sharing of clipboard between Windows and Ogo, but won't let
you copy ink from Windows to the Ogo!).
