Printing with the ogo

I just read a question to the mailing list about printing with the omnigo.
I have the serial cable and I have downloaded a copy of Omniprn ( I think that
is right) which is supposed to let you print through DOS but every time
that I use it my printer ( HP deskjet ) just primes itself untill i cancel
the print.

Has anyone else had this problem with this program?

also If any one has any other idea on how to print using the omnigo without
spending 60 bucks on a serial to parallel converter please let me know
