It sounds like I can't use my serial cable to print directly from my OG to a
parallel printer without buying the $60 (+/-) cable from HP. Can I print
THROUGH my PC via the serial cable by issuing any of the print commands on
the OG or is the DOS print shareware program the only way to print through my
PC?
Seems like most people might be waiting to see what HP's new Connectivity
Pack software looks like. Intellilink doesn't seem to be highly regarded.
While I'm here, I wanted to send out a big THANK YOU to all those developers
and other "tinkerers" who have been so helpful on this mailing list and with
their Web Pages to enable my OG to expand beyond HP's limitations.
