Preferred option 1: Somehow I can modify the fields/format of the phone app. Isn't the phone app a database app? That was the approach on the 200lx, and I think I read something along these lines in the OG manual. Can I open/modify the phone app in the database tool?
Option 2: Using the database tool, create a custom database that has the fields I want, and use it instead of the phone app. Any downside other than the resulting wasted ROM taken up by the phone app? Also, I'll have to close my custom phone db to get to any other db.
Option 3: Use IZL to create a new phone app.
Option 4: Someone else creates an improved phone app and posts it to AOL.
Well...?
