I have had mine for over a week,,, got it 3 days after ordering it from Service Merchandise,,,,,
Pretty neat unit,,except that the screen is hard on the eyes,,especially on planes and in my living room,,,,,the pen software is really neat once you get used to drawing the Graffiti character set
