In the most recent PC Week, Palmtree, the makers of Graffitti, have announced a handheld PDA that they will release in January complete with docking station, connect software, and graffitti built into ROM. Estimated price...$300. No word on the operating system but communications capabilities are also promised. Wonder what this will do to the PDA market? If nothing else, the OmniGo has succeeded in driving the price of PDA's down. HP is offering a $50 rebate on their LX's, a Message Pad 120 - 1 meg sells for $399 now...makes a $599 Sharp Zaurus look pretty high priced.
