I bought one of those at the above mentioned price and cannot recommend it. In order for it to stay in one position you need to attach the peel off velcro strips to the bottom of your PDA. When I did this with my 200LX it litterly tipped over on a flat surface and no longer gripped the table when I used it at the office. So... I ended up using it akwardly with 2 hands just like any itty-bitty book light that costs $5. To be honest.... I now only use it to read books before going to sleep at night :)

It does come with nice itentions though... spare bulbs, red light bulbs for peole like pilots, velcro strips, a thing vinyl case like one for glasses (but not padded), and the best part is the auto DC apaptor. All sounds nice... but really folks... when do you need the red light bulbs and auto adaptor? It turned out to be just too much to carry around in a briefcase with space that is prime real estate.
