<<I am not optimistic that the card will be readable by my laptop once it is formatted in my OG but I thought someone might know or have a workaround. When is the connection kit coming?>>

You should have no problems using the card in your laptop. GEOS simply wipes the disk, puts the FAT or whatever file system on it (whatever DOS based PDAs use for PCMCIA cards... :>), and creates a specific directory structure...

Simply put executables ine the \GEOWORKS\WORLD directory, and put documents in the \GEOWORKS\DOCUMENT directory... Fonts go in \GEOWORKS\USERDATA\FONTS (I think.... :>), and so on...

Bindery books are another story... As I recall, the smaller one (< 1KB) goes in the \GEOWORKS\DOCUMENT directory, and the other one goes in \GEOWORKS\USERDATA, or depending on the book, somewhere off of that directory structure...
