I guess I have felt that, for new users, after they get done playing with their OG - they really should do a soft reset. Clear the state files - and start over. Then they would (in theory) create state files only for those apps that they regularly use. For ex. - I opened the book reader (and created a state file for it) when I first started exploring. This is an app that I have never opened again - yet, without a reboot - the state file live on - so in that instance, a reboot makes sense. Since there are quite a few apps on the OG - counting all the various financial applets, that new owner "explorers" have opened once and only once, a reboot to clean things up will in fact regain some "wasted" RAM.+
