There are just incredibly shortsighted :-). The OG is [relatively] new, and HP is garnering plenty a compliment for it, and I haven't heard anything about clearing it out.
If Service Merchandise is clearing the OGs, HP probably dumped them as a supplier, or they don't want to sell OGs anymore. Either way, take advantage of the clearance prices!
