Expert Plus Mode

I just got a Zoomer and am trying expert plus mode. Everything works
fine except when I quit an application to free up memory. I'm
keeping separate address and date book files for work and home, so I
named them appropriately. Now when I start the application again it
starts from scratch and creates the default files and I have to switch
document to get to the file with all my dates or addresses.
How can I change expert plus mode so my work files are opened by default
when restarting applications? Or how do I get the information from my
work files into those default files.
