Registration of .TXT files to the Text Editor?

I wasn't able to make this work. I'm using the shareware text editor
from Blue Marsh Softworks, which is called TEXTED.EXE in
c:\geoworks\world. Does this make a difference? (I dunno if TeEd is a
filename or what)
