help with graffiti and manual install

am faced with re-installing graffiti manually instead of using the install
program that comes with it, can someone tell me what files go where on the
zoomer so that I can once again use graffiti on my upgraded zoomer? reason
I can't use the install program is that it's baud rate is now 38400 on the
serial port and the graffiti install program don't talk that fast!
