You may have to buy Ensemble (or New Deal Office) as it is
now called, which contains GeoComm (NewComm?). This
supports VT100 pretty well (not perfect), and allows
control characters to be sent by setting up macros in the
macro language. I use it and it works well. (You need one
macro for each control character you wish to send).
