I am not quite sure what is exactly included in the package (ordered mine still waiting for it to show up) but from what I hear it gives you the same applications you have built into the Zoomer (datebook,phone list,notebook etc.) so you can access the data you store on the zoomer from your PC. Also has a program that allows you to transfer files to and from your PC to the Zoomer via the cable that is included in the Palmconnect package. I have heard that you can use the cable included in the Palmconnect package with a modem but you need a null modem adapter to do that which is not included in this package. I believe the cost of the package is about $129.00
