I do't know exactly who this person is named TIM; but, his bos should give him a big raise and pat on the back. I called and oredered my Sun Disk Flask card on Tuesday last week and received it one day later.

Radio Shack should DREAM that they even come close to this type of customer service. If Tandy does not wise up and start taking care of their customers, they are going to sell far fewer Zoomers than they planed to.

I won't go back to my previously favorite Radio Shack store. Thanks to this forum on AOL there are many other options with much better customer service....GET WITH IT >>>Tandy !
