The $240. Motorola Newscard is touted in the Radio Shack Catalogs as "AN E-MAIL PAGER"
It is no fault of Radio Shack that this is no longer true.
NO PERSONAL E-MAIL PAGES WILL BE OFFERED BY EMBARC (Motorola's PAGER service)
ONLY generical "Broadcasts" of e-newspapers and e-reports will be offered from henceforth.
With this card, I had the opportunity to enjoy a wireless personal e-mail receiver, and it was a welcome addition! BUT MOTOROLA ceased offering this service, (after Radio Shack printed their catalog) and I found the remaining services such a rip-off, I requested, and was granted, a REFUND!
