Sky Rogue,
I am very interested in the pocket modems, in part because I have a SunDisk installed in my PDA and did not want to go through reconfigurations every time I wanted to use my modem. Of course the low price is an attraction as well (g).
A couple of questions: First, how does AOL perform on the Z-PDA. I find it slow at times on my 486 DX2 and wonder if it will be impossible on the much slower Z-PDA processor.
Second, how do you get softwrae to access AOL from the Z-PDA?
Also, what could I use for front-end software for other services? I particularly want to access my MCI Mail mailbox, which is my main e-mail service, and Prodigy, GEnie and CompuServe. I do not use AOL enough to warrant getting a modem for the Z-PDA just for AOL.
Thanks,
Bert
