Palm Computing has it's own support area here on AOL [Keyword - Palm].

You will most likely be required to edit the current GEOS.INI file
under the [system] section
Edit this line to equal faults
continueSetup = false

Palm should be able to help. If not, stop by the Geoworks area (keyword geoworks).
