We can't access the Zoomer only area because it was set up using special screens and graphics tailored for the Zoomer. I'm told the std. software cannot handle the "non-standard" screens. Not even PDA staff members have access to that area.
I have stated my opinions to the powers that be, and strongly suggested that the Zoomer software be improved so Zoomer owners have full AOL access, and we have some way of visiting that area (from here), too.
Of course, lots of my suggestions have gone unanswered! : )
