The files seem to transfer alright, but when I try to access the information on the Zoomer, either it is unaccessable or unchangable. I may be able to retrieve an address or phone #, but if I try to change it my Zoomer locks up and I end up having to do a "hard" reset.
I've contacted Tandy support 3 times, each time they tell me they will call me back...they never have. Has anyone else had any experience with IntelliLink or experienced a similar problem?
