First, please post your complaint and problem with the lack of tech support to the Members Online Support area. That way AOL can track all recurring problems and make corrections (we hope ;).

Now, on your problem, did you go into Setup in AOL and change the Modem Port from Serial Cable to PCMCIA Serial? There's a popup menu with the choices - it probably says Serial Cable (the default) if you haven't changed it.
