Using GeoComm on my Z w/success

I was so glad when I found ZComm Lite by Kerry Podolsky. The freeware version didn't seem to cut it so well so I wrote to him (I have CIS too) and he sent me v1.1. There seemed to be some problems that other people were having too - like not being able to receive input past about 18 lines - so I put GeoComm on my Zoomer's PCMCIA card.

It works well... One big problem I find is not being able to send a Control-C - which is something Kerry built into his ZCL program. I access my Internet shell account & MCI Mail but can't seem to access CIS. I get connected and then once I get to the "!" prompt after the "What's New" screen I lock up. I've even tried telnet-ing into it and get to the Baud rate prompt, after which I'm stucksville again. And let me reiterate--I can read hundreds of lines of text in MCI Mail - (80 cols. - so I just scroll over to read the right side) without problem.

One reason I did this was my frustration with paying such high rates for fax on AOL. MCI Mail and CIS are much cheaper. Get with it, Steve!!
