Yes GeoComm is a GEOS application, it is the Communications Terminal program that is packaged with Ensemble, the DeskTop Suite available from Geoworks.
The terminal program requires many additional support files that are placed in required directories within the GEOS environment area. Libary files that support GeoComm actions are neccessary for it to run.
Be careful with CopyWrite issues, Also.. GeoComm wasn't written to take the Zoomer (and it's corresponding scree) into consideration, so many functions may not or will not work properly..
