Apple charges a 1% royalty on net profits from the sale of Newton software.
I feel that this is a grave mistake on Apple's part because it hurts
developers and forces them to divulge sensitive company information to a
potential rival software developer. I can see a lot of Mac developers
turning to the Zoomer if it turns out that their license fee is included in
the price of the Zoomer developer kit.
