I don't think if you reset the Zoomer by opening the battery cover and pressing the reset button with a pen or other pointy object that you will wipe out the ram disk which has all of the files you have stored so far. I have had to reset mine once or twice because of a lockup and have not erased the ram disk contentsSubj: RESETS AND DATA
