What are the chances for a ROM upgrade from Casio/Tandy? It seems the Newton got it right, with field-upgradable system software. Is the ROM socketed? I'mtempted to crack the Zoomer open, just to see how hard it would be.

Apple has done a nice job of following up with bug fixes for the system software. Casio/Tandy owe us the same, I think. I've found several bugs, and would like to see some things changed based on some of the feedback people are giving to the vendors.

Anyone else feel this way? Should we start pressuring for a ROM upgrade?
