You have ade a mistake in your statement about categories. You can in fact change/ rename the categories to your heart's content. Tandy manual page 83 "Changing a Category".

Many people have ideas of what the Zoomer PDA's are. Most expect a pocket-size desktop computer. That is not the reality. The type of system you may want will probably be the Sharp PT-9000. A cross between the PDA and a Notebook with pen interface/optional keyboard. It will carry the full Geoworks Ensemble package. At this point, not much more is known till the releases have hit the streets.
