Did you modify/download a new GEOS.INI file? Did you modify or overwrite any other files that were native on the Zoomer? Simply using PalmConnect won't cause Zoomer to die; you must have overwritten something.
If this is not the case, please send me email with the exact process you went through and as much information as you can think might be relevant. (You might also want to copy PalmTech on that email. I know they'd be interested.)
