There's the consumer electronics outlets, such as Best Buy, Radio Shack, all the stero stores, etc. But I don't see them getting into the PDA's yet (except for RS, of course).
Then there's the SuperStores, CompUSA, Computer City, Fry's, etc. They seem to be entering the market quite cautiously.
Then there's the mail-order houses. They seem to be going the strongest, IMHO, but it's hard to really tell. Certainly, they have the various products on the covers of their catalogs and they're talking them up inside.
Hmmm. This is a very important question for people planning to be in this market (ie, selling add-ons or software or whatever). The channel is everything in consumer products.
I think, in the long run, these products will have to make it into the bargan stores, Wal-Mart, Sams, etc, to really "make it".Subj: PDA's Channel
