You can now get a PCMCIA card reader for your PC for about $100. This will allow you to "dock" your data on a memory card, which you can easily access from the PalmConnect file manager.
Admittedly you'll have to "sneaker-net" the card between your PC and PDA.
You can create folder structures on the memory card parallel to the B[INTERNAL] drive so that the files appear on the file manager in B[INTERNAL] as well.
