Sometimes Hard Reset fails

This should not be true, but both QA and Support here at Palm have experienced Zoomers which needed a HARD reset, but the proper procedure of pressing "reset" and holding down the A & B buttons did nothing. On another occasion, with one of the same Zoomers the procedure worked fine.

It's true that you need to press the A&B buttons *really* firmly when pressing Reset, but we tried this as a 4-hands operation with no success. And, when you take *all* the batteries out, leave them out for a few minutes.

I have also talked to at least one customer who could not make the Hard reset work with my instruction, so I'm convinced it happens.
